Terms and Conditions for ‘Back to School with hiveDisk 2024’ Campaign

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the hiveDisk ‘Back to School with hiveDisk 2024’ Campaign ("Campaign") offered by Hive ("Company," "we," or "us") to eligible customers. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Campaign runs from 28 August 2024, to 18 September 2024 ("Campaign Period"). The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

4.1. Eligible customers who sign up during the Campaign Period with a .edu or .ac email address will receive an additional 10GB of storage, totaling 35GB (including the standard 25GB currently offered).

4.2. The additional storage is a one-time offer and is applied only during the initial signup process.

4.3. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.

5.1. By subscribing to a hiveDisk premium plan, you agree to the hiveDisk Terms of Service and Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference.

5.2. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

5.3. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the hiveDisk service at any time without prior notice.

All intellectual property rights related to hiveDisk, including trademarks, logos, and copyrights, are the property of the Company. You agree not to use, copy, or distribute any of the Company's intellectual property without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your participation in the Campaign or use of the hiveDisk service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Switzerland
