These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the Cybersecurity Month campaign (the "Campaign") offered by Hive ("we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Campaign Overview
Offer: A 50% lifetime discount on any new paid plan using the promo code: CYBER50.
Eligibility: The offer is available to any Hive user who subscribes to a new paid plan during the Campaign period and uses the promo code.
Campaign Period: The offer is valid from October 4, 2024, at 00:00 (UTC), to October 29, 2024, at 23:59 (UTC).
Promo Code: CYBER50
Lifetime Discount: The 50% discount will apply for the lifetime of the new paid plan, as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing.
2. Eligibility Criteria
The Campaign is open to new and existing Hive users, provided they subscribe to a new paid plan during the Campaign period.
The offer cannot be applied to existing paid plans or upgrades to existing paid plans.
The Campaign is not available to users who are currently on free or trial plans if they do not move to a new paid plan.
How to Redeem
To redeem the discount, enter the promo code CYBER50 at the time of checkout when subscribing to a new paid plan during the Campaign period.
The promo code can only be used once per user.
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or coupon.
4. Lifetime Discount Details
The 50% discount is applicable for as long as the user maintains the specific paid plan subscribed to during the Campaign.
If the plan is canceled or changed, the discount will no longer apply.
The lifetime discount applies only to the base subscription fee and does not cover any additional fees or charges, such as add-ons, upgrades, or taxes.
5. Non-Transferable
The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other offers.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Standard Hive cancellation and refund policies apply. If you cancel your subscription, the 50% discount will not be reinstated or reactivated for any future subscriptions.
If the subscription is canceled during the free trial period, the discount will not apply.
7. Modifications
Hive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time for any reason, including technical issues, without prior notice.
If we modify the terms of the Campaign, users will be notified via email or on our website.
8. Fraud and Abuse
Any attempt to redeem the offer using false information or fraudulent activities will result in the immediate revocation of the discount and potential suspension of the account.
Hive reserves the right to disqualify any user if fraudulent, abusive, or unfair conduct is suspected.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes related to the Campaign will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.
