Términos y condiciones de la oferta «2º aniversario»

La campaña se extiende del 11 de junio de 2024 al 8 de julio de 2024 («Período de la campaña»). La Compañía se reserva el derecho de modificar o finalizar la Campaña en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.

4.1. Los clientes que cumplan los requisitos pueden usar el código promocional HIVEBDAY24 al finalizar la compra para recibir un descuento del 50% en todos los planes hiveDisk Premium durante el período de la campaña.

4.2. El descuento se aplica a la totalidad de la suscripción del plan seleccionado.

4.3. El descuento no se puede combinar con otras ofertas, promociones o descuentos.

3.4 To be eligible for prizes, upload at least one file on hiveDisk during the campaign or submit a photo via the chatbot.

4.1 During the campaign period, all participants who have uploaded at least one file to their hiveDisk account or a photo through the chatbot will receive a 20% discount on hiveDisk storage plans.

4.2 At the end of the Campaign Period, The country with the highest total storage will win the 5TB plan free for a year for one eligible user from that country, selected through a raffle.

4.3 At the end of the Campaign Period, the country with the second-highest total storage will win a 2TB plan free for a year for one eligible user from that country, selected through a raffle.

4.4 At the end of the Campaign Period, the country with the third-highest total storage will win the 1TB plan free for a year for one eligible user from that country, selected through a raffle.

4.5 Five users with the funniest photos uploaded through the chatbot, as determined by the hive team, will win random Hive swag.

4.6 Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Hive reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

5.1 Country rankings will be determined by the total sum of storage used by all participating users from each country during the Campaign Period.

5.2 The raffle winners for each of the winning countries will be randomly selected from all participating users in that country.

5.3 Winners will be notified by email within 30 days after the end of the Campaign Period. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days of the initial notification attempt, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

6.1 By participating in the Campaign, users consent to Hive collecting, using, and disclosing their personal information to administer the Campaign and award prizes.

6.2 Hive will only access the total storage amount used by each participant and will not access the content of any user files.

6.3 All user data is encrypted and distributed across the Hive network according to Hive’s Privacy Policy.

6.4 By uploading photos through our chatbot, users give their consent for us to use those photos in social media or marketing initiatives.

7.1 Hive reserves the right to disqualify any users found to be engaging in fraudulent activity or violating these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 Hive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

7.3 The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

7.4 By participating in the Campaign, users agree to release and hold harmless Hive, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Campaign or the acceptance, receipt, possession, or use of any prize.

7.5 Any disputes arising from the Campaign will be governed by the laws of Switzerland, and participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.
